Coach
Renay started with gymnastics when her children began with KinderGym, she then became a KinderGym coach, WAG coach and then moved into Rhythmic gymnastics and fell in love with the sport. Renay has been coaching
Rhythmic for 8 years now and enjoys watching the gymnasts learn and grow in the sport.

Stacey
Coach
Stacey began her journey with rhythmic gymnastics in 1977 in Sydney She has coached level 7, 8 , 9 & 10 National Champions and has been National levels Coach of the year twice. Stacey is very passionate about Rhythmic Gymnastics and wants to spread the word and pass on her knowledge of this beautiful sport of Rhythmic Gymnastics.

What is Rhythmic Gymnastics?
Rhythmic Gymnastics is a sport in which individuals or groups of five or more manipulate one or two pieces of apparatus: rope, hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon and freehand (no apparatus). Rhythmic Gymnastics is a sport that combines elements of ballet, gymnastics, dance and apparatus manipulation.
